COASTAL ELITE SPORTS FACILITY & MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS

FACILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS 

Failure to abide by any of the below procedures & rules, may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid playing time or membership without compensation. Any abuse of our terms may also result in expulsion from our facilities or legal action appropriate to the abuse.

  • All players must check in prior to play.

  • Be respectful of other sports and the Athletes using adjacent courts and/or tuff areas. If any confusion or dispute arises with respect to rental times, confirm your booking with Coastal Elite Sports Staff.  Do not engage in direct conflict with other facility users.

  • All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and should be booked in advance. Walk-In reservations are based solely on availability and are not guaranteed.

  • Respect Reservation Times – arrive early and leave promptly at the end of your reservation. Overstaying your reservation will result in an additional hour being booked and charged to the card on file, used for your original reservation.

  • Profane language is not permitted.

  • Be alert & exercise caution at all times.

  • Practice good sportsmanship.

  • SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.

  • No food or drinks allowed in the cages, on the courts or in the golf simulator hitting bays.

  • Proper athletic shoes required to play at our facility.

  • Athletes must wear adequate protective gear appropriate for them and their sport.

  • No vape or smoking on premise.

  • Liability waivers must be signed by all participants and where necessary, their guardians/ parents, prior to use. We encourage you to create an account and sign the liability waiver prior to arriving at the facility.

  • Report any accidents or injuries immediately to our Staff.

  • Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of these Rules and Regulations.

  • Customers acknowledge Coastal Elite Sports is under video surveillance. Tampering with a camera system or damaging equipment will result in financial compensation being paid to Coastal Elite Sports.

  • Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • We do not allow Lessons, Clinics, Camps or any Instruction by any Professional Instructor or Coach, that is not on our approved Coaches Roster. To inquire please email info@coastalelitesports.com

  • Contact our staff immediately if you have any safety concerns.

 CAGES RULES (BASEBALL AND SOFTALL)

  • Never stand in front of the pitching machine or on home plate.

  • Do not climb or hang on the nets.

  • Leave the cages the way you found them.

  • During live batting practice, pitchers must always use a protective pitching screen (“L-Screen”) for safety.

  • Only one pitcher and one batter at a time are allowed in the cage.

  • Guests and Spectators must remain outside of the cage and away from the back or sides of the cage netting.

  • Batting practice/swinging of bats must only take place in the cage.

  • Turf Cleats or Shoes without Cleats Only: No METAL Cleats or Long Turf Cleats (3/4’’ or more even if plastic).  No flip flops allowed.

  • Machine remotes must be returned promptly at the end of the reservation time. There is a replacement fee of $75 for lost machine remotes.

  • Pitching Mounds & Machines may not be moved without the approval and assistance of our staff.

  • Helmets are required for Live or Machine Pitch, Helmets are suggested for hitting off tees, but not required.

 COURT RULES (PICKLEBALL)

  •  Serve underhand

  • Serve & return must bounce

  • No volleys in the “kitchen”

  • You must only play on the court you have reserved. Guests are not allowed on other reservable courts.

  • You must bring your own paddles and balls, as we do not provide equipment.

  • Appropriate tennis or pickleball shoes required

 COURSES (GOLF SIMULATORS)

  • No swinging clubs outside of the hitting bay, for any reason.

  • Only one person should be present in the hitting bay at a time.

  • Everyone MUST keep a safe distance and keep watch of the person swinging.

  • Beware and pay attention: Golf balls can exit the bay at high speeds. Stay alert.

  • Your shot must be directed towards the hitting screen.

  • You must bring your own golf clubs and make sure club faces are clean before play.

  • In the event of any equipment or software issues, please notify our staff. Do not attempt to troubleshoot on your own.

  • We would love for you to be able to finish your “last hole”, but if another group is booked after you, we will transition the simulator to the next group promptly at the end of your booking time.

 Membership & Billing Terms (applicable to all Membership types)

  • Billing occurs on the day of the original contract purchase.

  • By purchasing any membership, you consent to your credit card or other payment method being charged on an automatic, recurring basis in the amount of the applicable membership fee. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month unless you cancel. You may cancel the Membership at any time. 

  • Terms and conditions of the membership agreement are subject to change at any time.

If any part of this membership agreement is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, that part will be severed from the agreement and the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect. You and Coastal Elite Sports, LLC agree that you may bring or participate in claims against Coastal Elite Sports, LLC only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained herein, any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.
